Consultancy disclaimer

YASH YUVJIT CONSULTANCIES provides loan consultancy, funding advisory, document coordination and option exploration services. We are not a bank or lender unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

No guaranteed approval statement

We do not guarantee loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate, disbursement timeline or funding availability. Any decision depends on lender policy, eligibility, documentation, valuation, credit profile and risk assessment.

Lender-based approval

Banks, NBFCs and private funding parties independently review applications and may accept, reject, hold or request additional information at their discretion.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for providing true, complete and current information. You should review all lender documents, terms, charges and obligations before accepting any facility.

Document accuracy

Submission of incorrect, incomplete, forged or misleading documents may result in rejection, legal consequences or termination of services.

Fees and service terms

Any consultancy fee, processing support charge or service term will be communicated separately and should be understood before proceeding. Lender fees, valuation fees, legal fees, stamp duty and government charges may be separate.

Liability limitation

YASH YUVJIT CONSULTANCIES is not liable for lender decisions, delays, rate changes, market changes, third-party actions or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the user.
